Our SSB Universal products are Homeopathy Medicine and come sealed from the time of manufacture. Only sealed product can be returned for refund. If seal is opened, then product will not be returned for refund.
If you do return a product, it will be verified at our end that the bottles/containers are sealed. Post that a refund will be initiated. Payment gateways generally take around 5 – 7 days for funds to reach your bank account/wallet/credit card as may be applicable.
